Hi, I'm Vanessa / doodlevan (she/her)!

I am a 2D illustrator and animator with experience making book covers + spot illustrations, children's music videos, and comics and graphic novels. I have a soft spot for making watercolour and gouache art that draws from nature, animals and whimsy.

For animation and storyboarding, I am familiar with Toon Boom Harmony, Toon Boom Storyboard Pro, Moho, TV Paint, Clip Studio Paint and Rough Animator (iPad). For painting, I use Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint and Procreate. (Also pencil and paint.)
